Stagewell Design Co. grew out of a natural instinct for creating spaces that feel right — warm, balanced, and quietly bold.

That’s where I come in. I focus on what makes a home feel balanced, lived-in, and believable — not decorated. The right pieces bring scale, texture, and flow, but more than that, they give each room purpose.

Whether a home is vacant or still occupied, my job is the same: make it feel cohesive, natural, and quietly elevated. Nothing forced, nothing generic — just a space that feels right the moment someone walks in.

You can’t always see the space the way others do.

Empty or not, a home should feel like somewhere buyers already belong.

I pay attention to how a space feels when you walk in — what works, what doesn’t, and what needs to shift for it to feel right. That’s really the core of what I do.

Stagewell started pretty naturally. I’ve always been drawn to design that feels effortless — where every detail makes sense and nothing feels forced. When I’m staging, I’m not trying to create a version of perfect. I’m just trying to make the space feel finished, inviting, and easy for someone to picture themselves in.

AND I STAGE HOMES BUYERS REMEMBER.

I'm Jess

Once the plan’s set, I handle it. Furniture, styling, setup — done. When I’m finished, it’s ready to list.

Finish

I figure out how to make it work — what stays, what changes, and what’s missing.

Shift

I see what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to shift. That’s where the plan starts.
